Kevin Drake

With both of Kevin’s parents having graduated from the University of Waterloo and his immediate family situated across Waterloo Region, his advocacy for the area has been present since a young age.

That passion for the area motivated Kevin to move to Waterloo Region in 2009 to pursue a Dual Bachelors Degree of his own in French and Business at UW.

While living across cities such as Waterloo, Cambridge, and now Kitchener, he’s built a foundational understanding of the region to provide his clients with top insights and local trends.

Kevin now joins the Tyler Palubiski Real Estate Group with over 7 years of sales & customer service experience and an itch for offering his clients an informative and positive real estate experience — from beginning to end.

With personal real estate investments across Southern Ontario and experience with variety of business partners, he enjoys helping investor clients find a great deal to add to their portfolio as well.
