Jason Machado

Jason grew up in South End of East Galt, right in the heart of Cambridge Ontario. He continued his journey across Waterloo Region as he attended & graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2007.

He loves helping first time home buyers and getting them into a humble abode to kick start their lives. “There’s no better feeling than being a part of that”, as he always finds joy in handing his clients their first keys.

During every transaction, Jason brings a great level of enthusiasm when being able to provide knowledge on the local markets.

As a skilled negotiator and licensed sales representative with excellent customer service, you can see Jason come to life when finding attractive areas throughout Waterloo Region all while balancing client budgets.

While looking to find his clients a home to raise a family and grow their assets, he also enjoys the outdoors as a real nature enthusiast!

Jason gets into everything from winter camping, to kayaking, and off-roading adventures. You name it and he does it.
